Ultimate Beef Burger with Fried Onions

  • 1 large white Vidalia onion (not yellow!)

  • 1 clove fresh garlic

  • Worchestershire sauce

  • 1 pound ground beef (85/15% preferred

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Nawabi Non Coated Fried Onions


  1. Dice the large white onion

  2. Mince a clove of fresh garlic. If you’re someone who likes serious punch, add in an additional clove

  3. Mix in 1 cup of onion and all of the garlic.

  4.  Add in one serious splash of Worcestershire sauce. (Don’t hold the bottle after the splash to pour in additional sauce. The taste will take over the burgers.)

  5. Add in some salt and pepper for taste.

  6. Mix again well.

  7. Divide your burger meat into 3rds or quarters.

  8. Sprinkle Nawabi Non Coated Fried onions for toppings
